My complaint:
I placed an Order with WISH on 15th March 2020.
I made a credit card payment for the goods value $331.50 converted to South African Rands.
It is now 26th April 2020 and have received no notification of the status of my order.
I want to cancel the Order due to the time frame and no communication.
I need a full refund of my money paid back into my Credit Card.
Please assist with enforcing my refund .
