My complaint:
I ordered this item on the 8th July 2020 and hasn’t been delivered but another other item that I have ordered since has been delivered in my eyes this isn’t very good service.
Suggested solution:
I wish for a refund of the item and shipping cost as I have been waiting for this item for months and not happy that items I order a few weeks ago have arrived.
