My complaint:

On 5132020, I placed an order(s) for (2) face masks totaling $18.00. As of today 11162020, I still have not received them. I have contacted Wish multiple times with no success only to hear that refund period has already passed and I am not eligible for refund. Or, that there has been a delay in delivery because of Covid19, if you have not received order in x amount of time contact Wish. I paid for order by credit card, and have left my account open on Wish so that verification could be made of purchase history. Just concerned about further transactions being charged to card. Wish did a partial refund of x2 totaling $6.00, but I still have $12.00 due. I am due full refund, not partial. Using Covid19 as an excuse to keep pushing the delivery date forward multiple times is simply and excuse, only to keep the money they collected from me by saying the refund period has passed, therefore I am not eligible for refund. Customer service is inadequate, unable to reach anyone by phone. For issues, redirected to contact Wish assistant which is simply computer activated responses.
