My complaint:
I ordered a spin mop 360 7 months ago from wish’s online web based platform. At the time I didn’t have the Wish app because it was a very large file. I later installed the app but noticed the web based purchase didn’t appear, only previously uninstalled Wish app orders and recent activity. I’ve tried numerous unconventional attempts like complaining of another order just to get access to the system with then virtual assistant, which is worthless in this case. I’ve grown tired of this goose chase, and although a current wish customer this will end if it’s allowed to be ignored. Thank you, russ

They need to contact me at my registered e-mail on my Wish app account. It's the came email used for the missing item
Once I know the information I can submit instead of online traction I will do that. It's basically a paid AMEX statement is all I have.
