My complaint:

My Wish order has been stating we will notify you once your order is delivered since I ordered it. The issue is per FedEx my packages were delivered and signed for by the staff of the store I chose on December 28, 2020. However since Wish is still staying it hasn’t been delivered the QR Code is not scannable for the store in order to release it to me. I have sent several messages to Wish and all I receive back is you will be contacted in 1-2 days. It had been 21 days since I sent the first message.
