My complaint:

So around April I order a numerous of products off of Wish. All of the items were estimated to arrive within a month prior to ordering. It’s now going on August and I still haven’t received my items. I have asked several times for a refund on the items that haven’t came in and I got a refund on only the shipping costs. Not a full refund. When I ask for a refund on the items that haven’t shown up… A FULL REFUND I’m told to be patient and told to wait even longer and if my item’s still haven’t arrived by a certain date then I’ll be issued a full refund. I have been told this several times for four months! Every time it comes around to the time they tell me to wait they push the date up further and refuse to give me a refund. There’s really no way to talk to a live person. You’re assisted by a robot. Which puts you through a bunch of stupid crap just to send a message to an actual customer support person who gets back ahold of you two days later just to tell you to wait more and be patient! That’s bad business! Terrible customer support service. So that’s why I’m complaining. I feel like I’m being ripped off. And I don’t like this. I will never order from this company again. I’ve ordered stuff from Amazon overseas several times and it always comes in on time or even earlier than expected and they sell the same stuff.. Customer support is much better with Amazon too. Wish is nothing but a joke.

They need to give me a FULL refund on the items I've been waiting on for like 3 to 4 months and stop telling me to be patient and telling me to wait longer! I'm a paying customer! I paid for product that I haven't received.. And I want a FULL refund!
