Kindly to your notice, i have ordered 4 items through wish app in the month of July and actual delivery was in the month of august but it was not delivered and rescheduled to September month, again i didnt receive the product and it was automatically rescheduled to october. now that October estimated window also ending today 13, October 2020 and i have not received the product. I have made complains through the wish app to cancel the item and refund during the second reschedule itself but customer support agent asked to wait till October delivery date, now that it is also crossed and i tried contacting the support to cancel and refund as promised but again im getting the same response to wait further.
I’m really frustrated and worst customer support service ever, this is the first time I’m using wish and I’m never going to use it again. I need my money back. Kindly cancel the item and arrange for refund.
