My complaint:

I havent gotten all of my orders I have placed them in early may. Some I have received a couple of them I received partial refunds. One I received a full refund. The ones I havent received they keep telling me to wait.

Suggested solution:

They should give me my money back on the orders I havent received and the money from the partial refunds I paid them in full and they should pay me my money back in full. Who does that anyway, partial refunds is new to me. I will never order from them again. No one should have to wait four or five months to receive something they paid for in full.
