My complaint:
I ordered a HuaWei earphone on Dec of 2020, it spend me 10 dollar to buy. The email showed me the latest date to arrive is 3112021. The time now is 1622021, I still got nothing from it.
Suggested solution:
They did not resolve my problem at all, the problem-asked in email is aautomatically reply, the only phone number to contact is in America.
