Complaint: Not delivering the product after order ation

My complaint:

I am Samuel Prince regarding the latest transation which is unsatisfactory in all formats leed to much pressure to deal with your organization. I like to bring it to your views as issues.

Issue No I

Order ID :5e84a8e4f37a286aa4d05ca3

This product I ordered in the beginning of April and waited till May waiting for the product to be processed Earlier you have asked me to wait for 5 days after I ed the order. More over I didn’t received items I booked. This time you people are more cunning in processing the products. Despite of more expectation to recive this order you are providing alternative option instead of this product. This is unfair to me for processing business expectations.

Issue No II
Order ID:5e7242559fd21865e9d454cd

I have order the above mentioned product which is not processed at all. Despite of making me wait for so long you can’t provide proper reason why you are not able to deliver the product. I am upset for the moment why you done this after a period of time waiting for the product. You have not provided any response for the same.

Issue No III
Order ID:5e71c5f782707f053b6b39be

More trouble faced when I ordered the above product this product was ordered on March but un delivered till date. What is the maximum wait period of delivery. You have no proper reason for delaying the delivery.

I didn’t get any valuable information from your side. If products not available you should not take the order. It has to be mentioned in a proper manner or if you are going to deal provide alternative option has to be initiated. None of them happened and making customer to pay and wait simply for the product.

I like to take note the following sentence.

Customer Service protocols are a unique set of rules that explain the correct conduct and procedures in regard to dealing with customers, communication, recording and other forms of interactions. A protocol would take into account multiple scenarios to ensure that any transaction or interaction goes smoothly’

I don’t find any confidence in Wish products right now. If you can’t able to deliver Order ID :5e84a8e4f37a286aa4d05ca3 and Order ID:5e7242559fd21865e9d454cd in short period of time you will be charged under consumer court and all legal action will be taken.

Kindly take necessary action at the earliest.
