My complaint:
In April of 2020,I ordered several items. Everytime I checked tracking I was basically told it was delayed bc of Covid. Time and time again. Checked into August and still delayed. I finally remembered to check back and now they are saying its too late to get a refund? Why should I not receive a refund for items that never made it to me. All say they arrived in destination country and then nothing. No more updates since arriving to destination country in early jun
