On either February1, 2021 or February1, 2021 I purchased a bluetooth speaker from the Wish app. After I made the purchase I accidentally deleted the Wish app, when I re-installed the app I discovered that all of the information including the item number, the item description, the tracking number, everything about the item and proof that I purchased it had been deleted when I accidentally the app. I made several attempts to contact wish to see if there was any way they could send me the tracking number for the bluetooth speaker. I sent them emails and texts I did not receive a response from wish at all. I then discovered Resolve, I sent emails through Resolve to wish customer support, which wish immediately began responding to. Wish began trying to locate purchase information regarding my purchase of the bluetooth speaker, and they eventually did locate it. Wish informed me that I had made the purchase under an old email address that I had used with wish before but had not used for a long time, in fact I had completely deleted that email address from my Google account about a month or more so I dont see how I could have made th we mistake of using the wrong email address. Immediately after wish located the transaction I began sending wish emails asking if I would still receive the item and if they could send me the tracking the only response I received from wish was they suggested I log in under the email address I supposedly mistakingly placed the order under we hich I did several times but every time there would be a notice pop up and did that email address is already being used by another client. I informed wish of this they then suggest I try changing my password which did not work. I then decided to just give up on receiving the bluetooth speaker and request a full refund I have not heard back from wish since I made the request for a full refund.
