My complaint:
UPS Tracking number 1Z805YR31319362507
was delivered supposedly in April 27, 2020 to my front porch at 3:28 pm.
I was working in my yard and I did not receive any package.
Their app customer service sucks.
I paid $70.02 for the item and never received it.
Suggested solution:
Either send me another one or refund the $70.02 to my credit card.
