My complaint:
I Ordered a telescope costing nearly $100 last year. Still not delivered month after month they promised wait longer , now they say its past refund due date . I mistakenly accepted a partial refund thinking they would still deliver but now they try to cancel my order code. Luckily I have saved it to my phone. I have not shopped with them since this issue.
Suggested solution:
DELIVER A TELESCOPE. OR REFUND
