Complaint: None receipt of goods also forgot login details ails to account opened just before I opened this one

My complaint:

Due to being disabled I miss laid login details to account just before I made new account thinking I would be able to track down items adding to about £200 every time I tried all chat staff repeated time after time what’s your email and time after time my answer was I can’t remember only that it’s similar to this one apart from that name address all personal information is exactly the same but even so i paid for Goods with same bank card but still.norhing I orfex many things like mobile phone iPad along with other electrical or battery items also jackets and other Clothes along with mystery gifts paid for

Surely my old account can be found under my name and address also payment method etc.pluss refund request was told it would show on my wish account as wish money left me upset confused and out of pocket I recommended my brother who Bought items but never received bonus for referral I would be happy for my goods to arrive as I thought there was no Problems I my aswell Have refund off goods bought on first account was in good faith and would receive either updates if late or informed of anything else when I paid By visa debit card on my bank statement im Struggling to find payment details ails for all items even so ten received what shows up on bank.statement after purchase please thankyou
