My complaint:
I have ordered so many items from wish ,which used my time and data to select, then I have waited patiently for months for my order to be delivered to me and to my disappointment each order had to be refunded and I have not recieved anything even after 5 months ..I understand that the Coronavirus has affected delivery times but this is unacceptable as I have been let down everytime..
Suggested solution:
I just want to recieve my packages or items purchased as its supposed to be that is what your service provides so why is it so hard to have my items .. please can my purchases be delivered to me or at least be given a good compensation for my time,patience and efforts making use of the wish site..I really like the products offered but am so upset and disappointed at not recieving anything.
