My complaint:

A watch was bought from and delivered by Wish on the 14 May 2020. The watch was the wrong colour it should have been black and the stop watch dials did not reset to zero so is useless. I complained the same day and was told Due to issues with your account, you need to visit the payment issues page before you can contact support. I did and gave them the details they required. I have done this six times yet still nothing has been resolved. I have now been told I cannot claim a refund as my claim window closed on the 3rd July. I have my emails sent to them making the claim and complaints for the last two months. I have also not received a further six items from early May to which Wish just keep changing the arrive date. They have done this 5 times. I just want my money back for the items and to close my account from this rip off company.
