My complaint:

I ordered a 240cm76cm inflatable swimming pool (order 5eef8a005e45cba4980e4ea9)on June 24, 2020. At the time the order was placed, the screen showed I would receive the order by the 2nd week of July. I feel that a month to receive a paid order is excessive, but at least it would still be summer and would get some use. Almost a month later when the order hadn’t arrived I checked to see what was going on and now it said I wouldn’t receive the order until September 29th. In my area summer is over. Too many sellers are using the covid-19 pandemic as an excuse to significantly prolong product delivery times. Not acceptable. I would like a complete refund, including shipping cost as item has not been shipped. The total I should be reimbursed is $107.69 USD.
