My complaint:

order number 5f010819eadce06a9fd4b7bc – I placed an order in july for 2 lots of led garden lights and paid for them. They were purchased as a birthday present for my niece, only one box arrived. I contacted Wish via the online system and they said they would look into it – they responded by saying it had been delivered. I cold not make them understand that only part of the order had arrived. I kept chasing them and they stopped replying to me and marked the record as being resolved. I then emailed the ceo – peter@wish.com in September but as yet I have not had a response.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

1- send the missing item (my niece only has part of her present and would like the remaining lights) or;
2 - refund me the money for the missing half of the order
