My complaint:
APPARENTLY WISH ISN’T INTERESTED IN MY GENUINE COMPLAINT. T
HEY WOULD RATHER PRETEND THAT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED.
I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARCEL THAT WAS SUPPOSEDLY DELIVERED ON 5TH JANUARY.
IM ONLY ASKING WISH TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND REPLACE THE STAINLESS STEEL HOUSEHOLD ICE-CUBE MAKER THAT WAS NOT RECEIVE. I AM REALLY DISGUSTED IN THE WAY WISH IS ACTING IN REGARDS TO THE MISSING PARCEL. THEY COULD AT LEAST ANSWER MY COMPLAINT., BUT APPARENTLY THEY HAVE THE $20.70 THAT I PAID FOR THE ICE-CUBE MAKER, AND THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT::::
Suggested solution:
STAND UP TO WHAT HAS HAPPENED AND TREAT ME LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER , WHICH APPARENTLY I'M NOT, AND CONTACT ME AND DO THE RIGHT THING. I HONESTLY THINK I'M JUST WASTING MY TIME. THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY, THAT'S ALL THAT MATTERS .HOPEFULLY NO ONE ELSE GETS CAUGHT IN THE SAME WAY.
