My complaint:

I ordered a lap top from Wish and paid for it by Mastercard.
I checked my order history and it said it had been delivered and signed for by the household.
This is totally untrue.I am single and live alone,having been in lockdown and 73 years old,I am not allowed to leave my home.
Since 7th May,date of alleged delivery,I have been in touch with them by email,asking for contact details of the delivery company to enable me to contact them.The order was placed on 8th April and allegedly delivered on 7th May.
I tried to use the tracking number,0738396667733310 and could get no answer other than an automatic message saying it had been delivered.
Since my last email to them,I have had access to my order history on their website deleted.
Wish insist it is nothing to do with them.
I still have a number of orders outstanding that I cannot find delivery details on.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

This is clearly a case of theft and fraud by a member of staff of the delivery company.
I have repeatedly asked Wish to supply contact details of the delivery company,not automatic messaging service that cannot answer my questions.
I have every intention of passing details to my Spanish solicitor to take action against Wish and the delivery company.
