My complaint:

Ever since I ordered from this company I have not received any item. Have been trying to track my orders but it takes too long to get response from support service. Even to date I have not received my orders.

Suggested solution:

Weekly updates on order will be appreciated. May we be given direct contact to call. All deliveries that have reached the destination and the courier to be communicated to customers with direct contacts of the courier so that we can track deliveries with the concern courier.
