My complaint:
I had 3 orders at wish app. 1 arrived. the 2 others didnot but its stated in the app that it arrived already in my place. when i went to the postofficw, they cant track bcoz it has a different tracking number with their app. Now, when i go ro customer service, they have automatic questions and replies. my question is not there. i want to contact the seller so i would know what shipping carrier was rhe item sent to so i cant track.
stupid app.
Suggested solution:
they should not have an automatic questions for buyers as we dont have d same mind they do. automatic replies also is useless..
