My complaint:
I ordered a pair of sneakers size 10.5 U.S., and recieved 8.5 U.S. I contacted support and never received support going on 5 days now and no answer.
Suggested solution:
At least contact me on how to fix this mistake. I already paid for and need either refund or exchange.. Give me proper support is all that i ask. I'm a paying customer..
