My complaint:
i have order from different account Jennifer das
Till now I didn’t receive my order and m leaving Dubai, there is no update it shows on the app either it’s too slow
When I try to reach customer agent they don’t even reply in 2-3 days,
This app is taking my nerve down who takes this much time to deliver
It’s more then one n half month
It’s the worst app ever
Suggested solution:
I need my dress before Saturday as I am leaving, need your reply immediately
If my dresses are in Dubai where is it so I can pick it up
Can't wait for them to call
It's very slow service you provide
And stop saying 247 customer support it's all lies
