My complaint:
On October 5th my account had been frozen. I have tried to contact you numerous times ways since then. Through the app, multiple accounts. Through emails, multiple different email accounts. Through the BBB, Twitter Facebook. I even tried mailing them a physical letter to their address. I have not heard back from them. I have not broken any of their rules, I even tried to reach out to them a couple times prior to my account being frozen ing them to an issue I was having buy their stupid wish assistant has only a few preprogrammed responses wasn’t reading or listening to what I was actually saying.
Suggested solution:
I need someone to actually answer me. I did not cause the problems. Ideally my account would be unfrozen, that would only be unfair.
