My complaint:
I brought a Barcelona top for my partner for Christmas, it is too small. I contacted wish to send it back, got the return label and sent it back with Royal Mail first class which would of got there next day. Wish are saying they haven’t received the Barcelona top and today is the last day I’m able to have a refund
Suggested solution:
Giving me a refund, I have been round and round with the company and they are automatically saying the same message.
