My complaint:
I ordered a item at Wish website by mistake because they always put a price that is not match with the pic. You buy the item by the pic however when you choose it, they send you a different product. That was happened to me. I sent the item back and claim a refund. But they never message me back about it. In the app says the item is in process to be refunded.
I hope you guys help me to get my money back. It is not much but it is about to be treated on the right way.

I believe to give my money back, even I lost the money of the shipping and to send the item back. I truly believe the right way it they refund me the amount of the product and shipping too.
