My complaint:
Trying to locate item that was ordered April 18. Said item would arrive between April 26-May 2. Received email May 4 stating item would arrive May 17. Nothing. Tried to contact and all you get is a web of confusion. There is NO LIVE PERSON to talk to and find out anything. The last tracking was May 4 in China. Had I known it would take over two weeks to arrive I would have never ordered. Bait and switch.
