My complaint:
I ordered a treadmill on May 8, 2020. They took my money, but my order has not even been processed. They also informed me I can not cancel. I have ordered 3 other cheaper products and they won’t ship until after May 25.
Suggested solution:
Give me definite shipping date and try to speed up the process.
