My complaint:

I ordered an item and the tracking number claims it arrived.. I have try to tell wish it not come and instead of listening to my request they keep pushing back the delivery date. and will not allow me to open a refund ticket.. I have been waiting for 3 months on order and now they claim it will be another 3 more months .. this is unacceptable.
