My complaint:
I ordered an item on 23 March 2021 over 90 days ago and paid through PayPal. The listing was a special offer FREE item plus postage only. My account was grossly overcharged and I informed Wish the following day which was apparently too late to cancel the order. The item arrived faulty. My account is restricted by Wish and I have been unable to contact the seller to request a simple return of the item. My multiple messages to Wish Support have not provided any resolution until I remove the chargeback but have not replied to my multiple messages asking them to inform me how to do this.
Suggested solution:
Refund my item in full.
Answer my queries properly. The only responses I have seem to be generic responses or even robot responses. All my messages are marked resolved yet not one has been.
I have asked wish what is a chargeback but they keep sending emails saying was your problem solved and not telling me what to do .
