My complaint:
wish has said my packages delivered( combined order of 3 items). I had checked the same day there were no packages i tried to contact wish support team but i had to wait 2 days be fore i could get any type of help. come to find out they dont do refunds for items that have delivered but there not understanding that i did not get any of my items i live in a apartment building and wish told me they left it at my door i was home all day that day and no one knocked on my door
Suggested solution:
give me a refund or give me the option to have the same items delivered to a different address like i kindly asked 2-3 times before
