My complaint:

I purchased over 2 months ago and still have received nothing I have recently purchased with no ation email they have doubled the amount by taking it out twice out of my account very confusing payment and ordering system yet are very quick to take out my money and with no clear instructions to go and check and no verification I tried to ring but number was disconnected.Dont advertise in australia if you can’t process properly very disappointing and frustrating

Have a lot easier way to contact and also purchasing system as there is no way to talk to anyone to resolve the complaints we just hope we get our items and if not you take our money can't afford to give my hard earned cash away Be reliable reputable company not a rip off
