I ordered a 2020 NEW P40 Pro Smartphone with 12GB512GB Large Memory 6.6inch Full Screen Support Face Unlock 5G Three Card Mobile Phone
Silver, US Plug 12G512G, and I paid $12 shipping.

Including tax came to $136.74.
The order was placed on Aug 10 2020 and received Sept 9th 2020.
This phone was activated for just one week when it already began overheating and deleting apps.
I contacted Wish on Sept 23rd informing them that the phone was defective and I asked for a return address.
Since Sept 24th I have had this phone packaged and ready to return but all I am getting back is a message that someone will get back to me within 2_3 days.
I need to return this phone before the deadline is up and get my refund back. $136 is an awful lot of money for me to lose out of my pension.
Can you help me please.
