My complaint:
I tried all day to find a way to file for a refund for an item I received. The chat ends by asking for more money to help me (although they say it is refundable). I cannot even get help of how to get a refund for this item. The customer support is impossible. I will never order from them any more. I do not recommend this company.
Bottom line, if you want to take a chance, be careful of what you order because you will be stuck with it.
