My complaint:
Received phone that has issues, poor battery, Bluetooth doesn’t work properly, no voice text.
Cannot get anyone on the phone and email responses keep leading me to their online I’ve system which is not working properly.
Suggested solution:
I want to send this phone back for a refund. Need to purchase a phone that works.
