My complaint:
I have been trying to contact the company because I have ordered something from them and never recieved. Said delivered at 11:34, just so happened that I was outside in my front yard at the time and I never got a package. So I just assumed hey it got sent to the wrong house. I will get it resolved. In the mean time I ordered the product again because the automated customer service said to wait 2 weeks before I get my issue resolved. Okay fine…. I need the product now so I ordered again. Same thing happened today on a bobbi signed for it this time. At this point I call ups to try and figure out where my package keeps going. I give them the two tracking numbers I was given… turns out the tracking numbers I was given weren’t even addressed to me or my address. Something isnt right!!
Suggested solution:
I would like to actually speak to someone to get this resolved. I'd like my product as well. At this point I just want this resolved as quickly as possible.
