My complaint:
I ordered a dog grooming table from wish, they send me a tracking number, the tracking info states I received the package on May 11th. I NEVER recieved any package. When I go into the wish app and click on my order and the order ID it states that product can not be found. I call UPS , and I’m on the phone for over an hour talking to the rep and then his supervisor and they both state I was given the wrong tracking number, how is my info on someone else’s tracking number,when packages are scaned , im still confused about that but they do that I never recieved a package from them, but wish keeps going by that wrong tracking number and says I received it, email after email and still there saying I received the table, you can not talk to a real person only a robot with limited information that is NO USE TO ME and I’m thinking these emails are ran by robots also , because if it’s a real person they would have seen the issue with the tracking number and tried to help or it’s all just a scam, I dont know but what I do know is I will no longer do business with either of these businesses !!

Figure out where the problem is and not have me be the middle man between WISH and UPS
WISH had to be given a tracking number by UPS ... RIGHT ?
or maybe wish made up there on bogus tracking number
But when I go to the UPS site and put in that tracking number, it shows my info and says it has been delivered. So where does the problem lie, with absolutely no help on WISH's part I have to say its wish. I asked UPS to contact wish since they do Business with them but she said they can't which is a hole lot of BS !!
