My complaint:

I have placed 2 orders on Wish back in February but I never received them. Every time I contact support it signs me off saying the ticket is still open. I tired many times but no luck. There is no direct contact number for wish to call the customer service. If they can’t deliver it then I really need money back.

Suggested solution:

Either refund my money back though original method of payment or deliver my product.
