My complaint:
So I purchased an item through wish, the item never returned. After a month later I requested a refund. WISH Has given me a refund but the money went to an old gift card account. I was told to contact my bank for future assistance. They weren’t helping me furture. The gift card that I used to purchase was an old Simon gift card and also not reloadable. I asked for a check or to ship the old item . Agian, Wish wasn’t assisting me or returning my money to the right way or new card.
Suggested solution:
I feel like they should of given me a check back from the item that I purchase and never received or the money to be sent to my current working credit card.
