Complaint: Never received product and would like refund. There is NO customer service, literally.

My complaint:

I ordered two hanging screens (for a tent and our trampoline) in May. The products left China on May 29th and that is the last tracking information I have. The delivery date has been pushed back several times with the last one now pushed back another month and a half to Aug. 30th!!! I wanted this product for the summer. There is NO ONE to reach at the company. I tried calling a number I found which stated they are not taking calls and deferred me back to the crappy website which only has an automated questions and answers section for customer service. I tried emailing only to again get an automated response. There is NO ONE to talk to or reach out to there! They took my money.
