My complaint:

I ordered a shirt on Nov.30th, 2020, for Christmas and now its 124 2021 and I have not received it . I tried calling that number on my bank statement for Wish, but it said it’s not the right number. I’ve emailed them back from the email they sent that said it had been shipped, but no reply, tried the tracking number but I need to put in my password , but they rejected that, and or my user ID. No one has my package! I’m frustrated and I just want my $18.40 returned.

Give me my money and say they are sorry. Maybe change their web site to make it more accessible.
