My complaint:

I have tried to contact wish about not receiving my video doorbell they said that they rectified my problem however every time I try to contact customer care I can’t the site won’t let me they say they rectified my problem but I can’t find out what they did they send me an email and then when I go to the site I can never get through Des customer care if not my phone because I can get through any other site including joom I would never use wish again just give me my money back on my card your company even stop recorder put money on my back on my card did I did not want stopped. And then expect me to accept it what I don’t accept it I’m calling the Better Business Bureau turn on making complaints to anybody that will listen send me the money back on my card for my doorbell

Send an email telling me that you put the money back on my card because it seems like that's the only way I can find out what you did you don't dictate what people do for how you handled their money by telling me that you rectified my problem when it came to the TV stand for $120 did I paid for you told me you rectified by problem I put the money back on my card I didn't want you to do that I wanted the stand now you tell me you rectified by problem what's the doorbell but I can find out what you did just send me an email telling me what you did but I guarantee you after this you will never get another Penny of my money and I put the boy cot on you and you will never if I have my way about about it receive another American dollar.
