My complaint:
I ordered two items for my blind dog in the spring-they never arrived; I since replaced the items as they were medical and I desperately needed them.
I’ve been fighting for a refund ever since.
I was told they couldn’t even find my items or tracking numbers! Basically they were “lost”
I’ve emailed countless times with no luck, the website is incredibly unhelpful. The email responses read like they were typed by a robot.
Wish has been making a well deserved refund impossible.
It’s like they are purposely wasting time responding, so my window for a refund closes.
Worst online experience of my life, poor customer service.
It doesn’t help I’ve lost both jobs and we’re in a pandemic.
Suggested solution:
Refund my purchases that never came.
