My complaint:
I ordered more then 25 items, since the end of March, but I never received anything. Every time, the delivery date changes. Normal shipping will be done by a courier, but never by post. If I receive, an item by post, I will refuse it and return it, because I need to pay more tax then the value of the item. So, Wish, why you don’t use a courier, like LBC or NinjaVan ? They will deliver at my door and I don’t need to pay tax.
Suggested solution:
Ship it with a courier or let me pick it up at a local store
