My complaint:
Good day
I would like to lay a complaint regarding shoes I ordered on the 13th of March 2021.
I have not received shoes I ordered 3 months ago.
This is unacceptable money have been paid and there is no communication about the order.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate it if I can get my shoes or get my money back please.
Kindly assist me in this regard.
