My complaint:
I bought a suction plate and bowl with spoons the start of june. The ation came through with a short delivery date. I happily waited longer before trying to contact wish. Im still waiting for a response from them a month or more later. When you clicked on my message i sent them they have the status as resolved. Which clearly it is not. So im now out of pocket and still no items, they even charged me separate delivery too
Suggested solution:
At least reply to help the situation and stop with the automated responses as it gets you no help.
