My complaint:
I placed and order end of February beginning of March and I was supposed to get it April. Never showed up. I got a refund on my shipping (whole whopping $3.79) out of the $22.53 I spent. It’s now almost August… and I still haven’t received my item. Your “support team” on the app is useless and doesn’t get me answers to my issue.
Suggested solution:
Send me my item or refund me all of my money back. I’ll never be using this app again.
