My complaint:
I ordered a face mask on April 3, 2020 which should have been delivered by May 20, 2020. I did not receive it. Everytime I checked the status the response was that it was on the way. To date, I still have not received the item. When I requested a refund the response was:
We’re sorry about that. Unfortunately, the refund window for this item closed on Jul 9, 2020. Please contact a Wish support agent if you need more support.
Suggested solution:
The need to refund my money!
